Mentorship, Money Stress, and Leveling Up Your Career [7FMS Ep. #32]

by Daniel Patterson

“If more information was all we needed to be successful… we’d all be billionaires with perfect abs.”

I often think of this quote from Derek Sivers.

I’ve seen its truth in my life, the life of my music students, and the life of studio owners that I have worked with over the years.

If information alone isn’t transformative… then what is?

Relationships.

Mentorship.

Taking action.

In today’s episode, Daniel and Nate invited Alyssa O’Toole back for a discussion about mentorship, the power of coaching, and watershed moments in one’s career.

Lots of takeaways in a more “personal” episode… including a story from Daniel about when his business coach took him to a horse ranch to do work on his business.
