Creating a Powerful Summer Camp (w. Peira Moinester) [7FMS Ep. #59]

by Daniel Patterson

In a previous episode, we talked about how to market and fill up your music school’s summer camp.

Near the end of that episode, I said that if you are REALLY serious about creating a huge summer camp that promotion and aggressive advertising alone won’t be enough to create a successful camp!!!!

The real foundation for an enduring, successful camp is the quality of the camp itself.

So… How do you create a high quality summer camp?

To explore that topic, we invited Peira Moinester onto the show… the chief architect of Brooklyn Music Factory’s summer music camp program.

Peira has overseen the growth of the BMF summer camp from a few dozen campers to a camp so large that its yearly revenue is greater than 99% of most music school’s entire yearly revenue!

In this episode, she talks about the creation and administration of a summer camp program that can change your student’s lives and your school’s future.
