Kolbe Test. There are tests for measuring IQ, personality, what type of leader you are, how you think… but did you know that there’s a test that measures how you work? This is one of the most insightful tests I’ve ever taken, and I have all of my team members take this test when they first start working for me. It helps me to know how to manage them.
