Why Your Studio Is Invisible… And How to Fix it!!

Over the past 5 months, I have interviewed 75+ studio owners. These have been massive 1 to 2 hour interviews.

In these interviews, I have discovered a number of “common problems” that these studio owners experience in their studio growth..

In this video, I go in depth on how to 5X, 10X, or even 23X your traffic (including examples from my own studio and several studios that work with me).

    Do you offer the solutions for the Direct Response? Would we pay you to hold our hand and build the funnel?

      We come alongside studios and show them how to build the funnel at a much lower cost than you’d have to pay to work with an agency. Or, we advise studios as they work with an agency so that they know if their agency is actually doing good work. We have worked with a number of large studios that have ended up firing their agency after we did a diagnostic on their marketing.

      And – we are actually in the process of building out an in-house agency so that we can help studios on every dimension: advising, coaching, training, or just doing the work for them.

    Very interesting Daniel, appreciate your years of experience and analysis. I am a long-time teacher that is switching to group adult lessons and wanting to grow my studio quickly. I have spent the last 3 months going around in circles as you have described in this video. What I have learned has been invaluable, however what I’m focused on now is results. I want to attract adult learners. I live in a large city in Canada and think I have a good target market. Can you see how your system would work for my smaller niche market? My website would need lead optimization and lead optimized landing pages for sure at minimum, something I was just looking into which is why I may have stumbled upon you. Look forward to hearing from you.

      Colette, what’s interesting is that these methods work regardless of studio current or target size… and actually, it gets easier to experience success as you choose a niche to target.

      The more specific your messaging… the more it will “speak” to that intended audience. So – combine specific targeting + specific messaging… you get good results using the “Traffic Stack” that we teach studio owners.

      Now, this is more than theory… I can think of two clients specifically that have used this. One near Portland, OR and another in southern Maryland. They targeted adults with their ads and with their messaging, and saw their number of inquiries per month increase.
