In December of 2023, we invited some of our coaching clients to join Nate and I at Brooklyn Music Factory.

We recorded this entire day… which included a Q&A, a tour, and parts of the “hangout” time.

Today’s episode is the first release of some of this footage.

In this episode, Nate talks about the most important lessons he’s learned in negotiating commercial leases, building a team of professionals to assist you, and how to negotiate successfully.
