Has Daniel Been Using the Wrong Organization System?!?!?!

If you own a business, you need two “master” systems…

Obviously, you need a project / task management system to run your business and your team.

But, you also need a personal organization and management system.

In fact, I would make the argument that you MUST have a baseline discipline and life “management” system in place if you want to experience success in business in a stress-free way.

To that end, I hear a question from our podcast listeners and my coaching clients alike.

“Daniel, what do you use to manage everything you have going on in your life and business?”

In this video, I reveal my personal organization system.

But – I am doing so in a unique way…

I invited my good friend Joy Morin (from the Color in My Piano blog) to show me her personal organization system in Notion.

We both walk through our dashboards and give practical tips on system setup, unique and creative ways to use these tools, and even show how you can use it to collaborate with your team (whether it’s large or small).

Fair warning… we do get a bit nerdy in this video.

I’m sorry… I take this stuff seriously!
